This starts right from the sampling stage where we have to ensure that the right inputs have been used and the product has been developed according to buyer’s expectation/requirements - be it design, coloration, size and finish.

Process and production in-line control at all stages for quality on every aspect of the product – for fabric, workmanship, color, size, packaging and labeling.

Our technically qualified and experienced staff interacts / visits regularly to ensure timely production / execution of the orders.

We guide the Vendor regarding any testing or compliance certification requirements.

Pre-shipment review of documents & compliances - we ensure that all documentation is done as per the requirement of the buyer and all formalities are complied with.

Co-ordination of shipping with shipping agents - we get the consolidation organised i.e. if the production is coming, say from five different vendors for simultaneous shipping, then we work on consolidation with the shipping agents to ensure one time delivery and saving on the freight and handling costs for the buyer.

Transmission of documents and payment process – we ensure that the documents are sent in a timely manner to the buyer and as per the agreed payment terms.

Management Information System - effective and efficient communication is the key to any relationship and we believe in keeping the communication channel perfect with our buyers and vendors.

• We assist the Buyer in looking for fresh ideas / products by continuously coming up with new and fresh offers. We keep updating our resource list and introducing buyers to potential businesses as well as any new vendors. We travel and visit new vendors and continuously appraise them for possible businesses in future.
